We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

At Bleed, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer the option of a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original order date. Please carefully review our full return and refund terms below.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the returned product must be unused, undamaged, and sent back in its original packaging. Items that have been customized or tailored to your request are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

How to Request a Return

If you’d like to return an item, please email our support team at info@motobleed.com within 30 days of your order date. We will provide detailed return instructions. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees, and customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Processing Your Refund

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges for Size or Style

If you need to exchange your product for a different size, color, or model, please email us at info@motobleed.com We’ll walk you through how to return your current item and receive a replacement.

Items Arriving Damaged or Faulty

Should you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. Contact us at info@motobleed.com and we’ll arrange for a return and provide either a refund or replacement as needed.
