Return and Refund Policy

At MotoBleed, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a clear and straightforward return and refund process to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom MotoGP suits or engraved products) are non-returnable, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Any item that has been altered or worn

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A photo clearly showing the damage or defect
  • Your order number

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on availability and your preference.

4. How to Return an Item

To return an item:

  • Contact us at info@motobleed.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions for shipping.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and ship it to the provided address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company.
  • If the refund is still missing, contact us at info@motobleed.com and we will investigate promptly.
