At Bleed, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not fully pleased with your order, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customized or personalized products are considered final sale and cannot be returned. To begin a return, please contact our support team at info@motobleed.com within 30 days of purchase. Our team will walk you through the return or exchange process. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our eligibility requirements. Bleed ships to the U.S. and select international destinations. Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 7–10 business days, while international delivery may take up to 21 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
